Can anyone speak Parseltongue in Harry Potter now?

I was just wondering because the only people who could speak parsel tongue were descendants of Salazar Slytherin. Voldemort was the last descendant and he died. Also Harry lost the ability after Voldemort took his soul out of him in the 7th book. Soooo... Can anyone else speak Parseltongue???
