Keep an eye on it! It could be infected, if the affected area gets larger, have it checked by a doctor. My brother just had this happen and after a week it got really big and spread- after seeing the doctor he found it was a staff infection (could be dangerous, especially on head). Don't worry yet- put some antibiotics on it and watch it.
