If you're absolutely positive that she likes you and you like her back, I'd agree with you on sending her a message through face book :) Start off slow and then start giving her the hint that you like her, too! You could ask her to meet you somewhere fun like at a park or maybe go bowling?:) And see where it goes from there. Best of luck!
