You're missing Rita Skeeter and the Patil twins. There's also the giant woman that becomes a love interest for Hagrid, whose name I don't recall, but I don't think it's here. Get the names of some of Hagrid's other 'pets', and I think you'll get to 100. There's another non-human character almost as significant as Hedwig that you forgot (think Dumbledore) and also his sister Ariana.
