If the world requires a creator, doesn't it require a process of creation?

the universe does not appear to be designed. you dont need to look outside of our solar system to see that it was not designed. an all knowing designer would see the redundancy of a collection of dead planets. if the earth was designed, were uranus, jupiter and saturn mistakes? it makes no sense .
